ICG has signed a Definitive Agreement to acquire the Tuscarora District, in December 2025, with plans to close the transaction in Q1 2026.

Mr. Swinoga is a seasoned mining executive with over 25 years of experience spanning capital markets, project development, and mine construction. He has held senior leadership roles at EY Canada, First Mining Gold, Torex Gold, North American Palladium, Hudbay Minerals, and Barrick Gold. His work includes major project financings, mine builds, and corporate growth. He is a CPA with an MBA from the University of Toronto and serves on the PDAC Board and audit committee.

Previously the Chief Revenue Officer at Cboe Canada (formerly, the NEO Exchange) and Global Head of Corporate Listings at Cboe Global Markets where he was responsible for building the company listings sales team, alongside planning, strategy and execution supporting the launch of corporate listings businesses in Canada, the US, UK and EU markets. Graduate of Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, with a Bachelor of Arts, Honours degree in Economics

He currently serves as Senior Project Geologist for Canter Resources Corp. and American Pacific Mining Corp., and is the President and Founder of McCall Geosciences, LLC, which provides geological services to early- and advanced-stage exploration ventures. Korbon holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Idaho and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
