Tuscarora District
100% controlled, 10,000+ acre silver-gold project, located outside of Elko at the intersection of the Carlin and Independence Trends.
About the Tuscarora District
The Tuscarora volcanic field is the largest example of Eocene-age magmatism in Nevada, formed between 39.9 and 39.3 Ma (million years ago) - aligning with the 40–37 Ma period of gold mineralization in the Carlin Trend, the most prolific gold belt in North America.
This represents the strongest phase of gold mineralization known in the Basin and Range Province. Historically, production from placers, quartz veins and stockwork in the district exceeded 500,000 ounces of gold and 7.5 million ounces of silver, establishing it as one of Nevada’s classic high-grade epithermal districts.
